I love this place. The lines bunch up sometimes, but it's Starbucks what else can you except. I stop in like 3 times a week and I always leave with my drink and a smile. The staff is friendly and always nice
Then very rudely said..."wait..you are talking too fast..you need to wait until I tell you I'm ready to take your order....he talked all over me...never said Good morning or even greeted me courteously , no smile...seemed like he was mad at the world ....never said thank you....he needs to either get a different job or go through a rigorous customer experience training...Starbucks in Hopewell Shopping center...will never give them our business again!
Worst Starbucks i have ever experienced...middle aged..very BIG white gentlemen with bulging eyes...didnt have a name tag on..was extremely rude & condescending when I placed my order...greeted me with..."what do you want"?
Been coming here for 5+ years. Drink quality is consistently good. Customer service is generally good.

Nice and big store, but dirty dusty floors. Not nice all the dust flying around.. they need to keep the store clean..
