Try HELPING people rather than saying "nothing I can do". Nothing you can do? You have an entire hardware store. TRY! Too bad because it's so convenient. Oh well, off to Home Depot.
Shame on me for going back to this 'establishment'. The woman who owns the place offers the most HORRIBLE customer service EVER. You leave the store wondering 'did I sh!# in her corn flakes this morning?' and almost apologizing for disturbing her by trying to give her business. Truly the most painful experience each time. Again, shame on me. Google, why isn't zero stars allowed? This storefront deserves it.
I also have tried to like this store. I too want to support local business, however I will NEVER go to this store again. Unbelievably rude to customers. Zero customer service. They must be doing extremely well to be able to treat customers so dismissively. This is literally the first review I have ever written, so the fact that I am even doing this should speak volumes.
Great Place run by really nice people that care about every customer. They have everything there and it is a nice benefit to the community.
Came here to find the right machine bolt to fix something and they were able to help me in under 5 min. I recommend this place if you need a few specific things or help and advice. Bonus: it’s a small family owned shop.
